special effects in Flash – Flash Design Freelance Job

I need a person experienced in Flash to create a few basic special effects. It should be created in a way that I can just drop the movie clip it in to the time line of any of my projects that I choose and is therefore be reusable in my other future projects. The special effects I’m looking for happen during transitions from one part of the timeline to another. Look at the powerpoint attached.

Just so you can see my work and I can evaluate your work please add one special effect to this file and you can water mark the swf file if you like and send me the swf for evaluation. If I like the work then I’ll award you with the job and ask for 2 more special effects to be added and pay you when I recieve the move clips that I can add in my presentaions.

VSC Smugglers Race – Graphic Design Freelance Job

We are looking for a very simple design for our sailing club. It will be printed onto a t-shirt. There will only be shirts given to the participants and a few members, total of about 25 shirts.

Would like to have an island cove of sorts, based on an island/cove named Smugglers Cove from the channel islands off of California on Santa Cruz island.
We want to stay away from pirates but floating barrels and sail ships, tropical themes anything like that would be fun. Simple is fine.
This will not be mass produced and we are a small club so the budget is small.
The race is April 3rd, 2011, The club is VSC or Ventura Sailing Club and it will be laser printed onto shirts so the number of colors don’t matter.

ArmourUp. Christian T-shirt Design Challenge #6 – Illustration Freelance Job

ArmourUp.com is a new Christian T-shirt website. Each week we have a new Design Challenge. Everyone is encouraged to upload a cool design that matches the current theme.

This week the theme is “Chapter & Verse”. This week all designs will come directly from a Bible verse. Pick your favorite or just one that lends itself well to illustration. This is wide open – from Geneses to Revelation! While text only submissions will work for this theme, we’d like to see some images too. Notice a special rule for this week: all designs must include a bible reference on the design!

CRITERIA:

Designs can be up to 14″ x 17″. They should be vector format or at least 300 dpi. Designs can be oversized for jumbo print up to 17.25″x23.5″ but key elements should be restricted to 13.5″ x 20.5″ to avoid seams.

Designs should be submitted on the ArmourUp.com challenge page. Only the top voted design will win the contest and the prize.

The winning design gets $50 for a rough sketch or $100 for a full print-ready design. You can submit a sketch and still get the $100 if you finish the print-ready file after you win with the sketch.

First of many Children’s Book Illustration Projects – Book Illustration Freelance Job

I have written some 20+ books for 3 to 7 year olds (just for fun) and have now decided to do something with them. I am looking for an illustrator who can deliver mildly irreverent and fun images to enhance these.
